Wow! From the minute we walked into the hotel we loved it. The staff were all so friendly but Jessica went above and beyond, so welcoming - she spent time going over the map of the city with us and recommended places to visit and was so attentive. The smell of the hotel reception was amazing and everywhere was so clean. Our room was lovely and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace with a view of the cathedral. The location is first class - within walking distance of everything. Breakfast was great too - pastries, ham, cheese, bread, cereal, yoghurt. Coffee machine in reception was available to use all day.

Gem of a place! Loved the location in the heart of the old part of town, surrounded by plenty of food options. The front office desk was helpful, providing detailed explanations of the area and attractions. The free coffee and afternoon cake were nice touches.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, down a winding pedestrian street. It's very close to the cathedral and within walking distance of all the major sites. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good hot water supply and toiletries in the bathroom. The staff are exceptionally nice and helpful, providing excellent reception service. The breakfast options may be limited, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from.

The rooftop lounge/bar is only available to those who book premium rooms, which was a disappointment for some guests.

Friendly and helpful staff made our stay at U-Sense Sevilla Centro nice. They provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and even booked a flamenco show for us. The central location made it easy to explore the city's attractions. Room was spacious with a luxurious bathroom. a fantastic experience at this gem of a hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away in the winding streets of the old city. We loved its central location, as it allowed us to easily explore all the major sights and dine at the nearby restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and passionate about their city, making us feel right at home. The rooms, although a bit on the smaller side, were tidy and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed our balcony with a lovely view of the surrounding area.

Felt at home, nothing too much trouble.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right in the center of the old city. We loved that it was tucked away on a charming alleyway that led to all the major attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and we especially appreciated having access to the rooftop terrace and the option for a delicious breakfast with a variety of ham included.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the historic center of Seville. Situated on a lovely alleyway, it is just a short walk to major attractions such as the cathedral. The hotel is central to everything, allowing us to easily walk everywhere while being away from the crowds of tourists. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of options.

The cost for the room seemed a bit high compared to the overall facility.

A true oasis in the heart of a bustling city. We were warmly welcomed after a frustrating arrival, struggling to find a drop-off point for our luggage. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the local bars, restaurants, and cathedral. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beds comfortable, and the quality of linen was really good. We slept soundly, enjoying a good night's rest. The complimentary 24-hour tea and coffee downstairs and free wifi were greatly appreciated. Despite the challenges of parking and narrow roads, this hotel comes highly recommended. I would definitely recommend this hidden gem for a comfortable and convenient stay.
